THUS AVOIDING A TRIAL WHICH INEVITABLY WOULD HAVE BEEN SEEN AS A TRAVESTY OF A MOCKERY OF A SHAM OF A MOCKERY OF A TRAVESTY OF TWO MOCKERIES OF A SHAM: American Apparel will pay Woody Allen $5,000,000 to settle his right-of-publicity lawsuit stemming from the company's use of his image on their billboards, storefront banners, etc. without his permission.
