MARTHA WASH, YOU HAVE AN INTERNATIONAL CALL ON LINE ONE: Remember that picture-perfect schoolgirl who sang the Chinese anthem with remarkable poise as the flag entered the stadium Friday night? You might have figured out that she was lip-synching, but did you know she was lip-synching for another child not allowed to appear on stage because a member of the politburo decided at the last minute that showing a girl with buck teeth would impair the national interest?
